The stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On one hand, the location is fantastic, right above a bustling shopping mall, and the staff—especially the cleaning crew—were friendly and attentive. On the flip side, the room cleanliness left much to be desired and the service overall lacked professionalism. Given the high price, I expected better upkeep and a more welcoming environment.
